Public Records Request

Note: Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact us in writing.

Please include the following in your request:

Date
Name
Address
Your email address
File Name
Information Requested
Delivery method E-mail or Mail (Certified Return Request included in cost)

The Custodian will
1) determine if the information is exempt from Public Records, if not exempt,
2) will advise the costs to deliver the request public records per Section 119.07
3) Upon receiving payment, the information will be released.

*Note – some requests may need to be researched by the District Attorney to confirm document(s) are not exempt information.
